Taking into account the increasing volume of business this year, chief executive Zhou Mingfu plans to introduce a new production line to expand production on the basis of the original two production lines.

Shoemaking industry is the traditional pillar industry in Tongxiang, and there are more than 10 shoe making enterprises in Chong Fu area.

However, the overall size of enterprises is small, most of them are workshop type production, and the overall quality level and added value of products are relatively low.

Since the beginning of this year, the Jiaxing fur and footwear industry research institute has been developing in depth.

Besides carrying out investigation and research, we also conduct docking through shoe technology platform to guide shoemaking enterprises to do R & D redesign and upgrade.

"Shoemaking shoes", "blue eagle shoes" and other fast developing shoemaking enterprises are gradually moving from low-end processing to quality shoe making.

Recently, a healthy and comfortable development jointly developed by PI and "thousand li".

The new product has been declared successfully, and the sales volume of the product is good.

Not long ago, in order to further improve the product quality and manufacturing technology level of shoe manufacturers, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with domestic first-line brands, PI research organized the representative of 28 large leather shoe manufacturers in Guangdong to study and inspect shoes making bases in the city.

Through exchanges and learning, many shoe companies have benefited greatly from improving product quality technology, enterprise site management and product positioning.

Apart from visiting enterprises regularly and providing the necessary technical support and services, PI also set up the footwear technology innovation design center, which will provide more technical support and services for more shoe manufacturers in new product development, footwear inspection and testing.

Next, Leather Research Institute will carry out the docking between the two major technology platforms of Tongxiang and Guangdong footwear industry, strengthen cooperation and technical exchanges among shoemaking enterprises, and help enterprises solve problems in R & D, production process and brand operation.
