1. Clapping
When Printer During the normal air extraction time, the operator found that some gas remained between the bottom plate and the glass plate during the air extraction, or gathered or scattered to swim there, but the air extractor could not exhaust. In this case, the operator can use the clapping method, that is, the amount of force used to clap the unbreakable glass plate is moderate. When the printer is pumping air, the operator should aim at the air concentration area and slap the upper surface of the glass plate to make the residual air disperse and not gather together as much as possible. It is better to shoot the glass plates closely behind the diffused air to make them spread around as far as possible. In this way, combined with the function of the air extractor, the air will soon be driven out of the range of the negative film, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Do not run in front of the diffused air to tap the glass, which will make the newly scattered air gather together again. If the aim cannot be achieved by tapping in the normal order, it is better to extend the pumping time, so that satisfactory results can be obtained. Moreover, most of the current printing machines are programmed. Generally, the second air extraction will not affect the whole process of plate making, so that operators can have enough time to tap. The main reason for this similar situation is that the negative area is large, and the operator did not check whether the negative is close to the front of the PS plate when placing the negative. Sometimes the negative film is spliced on the film base, which will also create a certain gap between them. This situation will also cause the phenomenon mentioned above, and the treatment method is similar to that mentioned above.
2. Tiling method
When the operator places the negative, if he is careful, he sometimes finds that the front contact between the negative and the PS plate is not tight enough, which shows that the surface of the negative on the PS plate is uneven. At this time, if the glass frame is closed and the air pumping starts, the air pumping described in the tapping method will not appear completely. The way to solve similar problems is to first position the front gauge of the negative, fix it with transparent tape, then press the fixed film position with one hand, and carefully lay the negative in order with the other hand gently, so that the negative and the PS plate fit tightly, then close the glass frame and press tightly, and then start air pumping. The main reason for the similar situation is that the negative area is too large, or the operator rolls up the negative in the process of transferring the negative and damages the negative for other reasons. The preventive measure is to put the negative flat into a bag before transfer to prevent it from bending, so that the negative will not affect the quality of the plate during the process of plate making.
3. Paper padding method
When the operator finds that the air cushion on the printer Blanket When the elasticity of is insufficient, the method of adding pad paper can be used to solve the problem. The pad paper used is generally 80g double offset paper. When adding pad paper, it should be noted that the pad paper used should preferably be a whole sheet, rather than splicing; The pad paper should be placed directly below the PS version, and should not be attached to the air cushion blanket at an oblique side. When working, you should try to add paper slowly one by one according to the actual situation, instead of suddenly adding many sheets (according to my experience, the maximum is 6 sheets). This will damage the printer, and sometimes the glass plate will be crushed due to the addition of too much pad paper. Gradually increasing the pad paper can make the glass plate have a process of adaptation, which is also conducive to the operator to master and not easy to damage the glass plate. With the gradual increase of pad paper, the elasticity of the air cushion blanket can be increased in a disguised way, so that it can reach the strength required for plate making, and also enable the operator to accumulate some work experience for future use. A similar situation occurs. The main problem lies in the printer:
① Since the air cushion blanket has lost the elasticity required for normal operation after long-term use, the first emergency measure is to add padding paper to make up for its elasticity, and then replace the air cushion blanket later;
② There is a problem with the air extractor, which causes insufficient air extraction and makes the air cushion blanket unable to work normally Pad paper To replace the lack of air extraction, the second is to repair or replace the air extractor.
