More individual sewage enterprises adopt water dilution means to "whitewash" the emission standards and avoid total supervision, which has led to a worsening of the limited environmental capacity of Shaoxing.

That is to say, in one month as a cycle, the enterprises that discharge the amount of water or pollutant discharged more than the permitted amount of the month will automatically close the valve of the card drain system and seriously investigate and punish the enterprise's illegal activities.

Taking a printing and dyeing enterprise with an annual discharge of 1 million 200 thousand tons as an example, according to the discharge standard of inlet concentration of 500mg/L, the permitted discharge volume of wastewater is 100 thousand tons per month, and the allowable emission of COD is 50 tons per month.

Starting from September this year, the permitted discharge of wastewater is reduced by 15%, that is, the annual allowable discharge is reduced to 1 million 20 thousand tons. The permitted discharge of waste water is reduced to 85 thousand tons per month, and the allowable emission of COD is reduced to 42.5 tons per month.

The waste water or COD will exceed the permitted discharge amount, which will be closed.

How to deal with the new regulations?
