    7. Sizing


      

    Technology

    The principle of "low speed, medium tension, penetration and overlap" is adopted.


    1) slurry formulation: PVA 1799 is 37.5kg, modified starch 30 kg, PVA 205 is 25kg, QL 89 is 15 kg, oil agent 3 kg.


    2) sizing process: sizing rate 13%, moisture regain 5% ~ 7%, elongation l%, slurry viscosity 10 ~ 12s. speed 30 ~ 30m/min.


    8. Weaving


    According to the fabric pattern design.

    The process adopts the principle of "small double opening, big tension, high back beam and early closure", and appropriately adjusts the height of the 1 and 2 piece heald frames to be 2mm higher than the 3~7 heald frames, so that warp can be healed when the looms are healed.
