The experience of Taiwan enterprises tells us not to compete with developing countries in the low and medium garment market, but to invest a lot of energy and capital in creative design and brand management, and form a fashion industry dominated by design and innovation.

In this format, cost is no longer the basic competitive factor. They lead the fashion trend through the innovative design and brand image planning, and occupy the high profit fashion market.

We visited Taiwan textile design and development center, shoe technology center, Xiyuan 29 clothing creation base, SHUTER University of science and technology, and Fu Jen University, and found that they held several popular trend conferences every year, providing international synchronized professional information, selecting new designers, recommending talents for the industry, providing platform for enterprises to establish contacts with designers, and linking universities directly with enterprises and training according to industrial needs.

With the support of the Taiwan administrative department, the construction of public service platform of creative design for the small and medium-sized enterprises and docking with universities has greatly enhanced the creative design level of Taiwan textile industry.

In recent years, Taiwan has vigorously implemented the tourism factory guidance scheme, attracting more and more traditional industries and striving to become a tourist factory.

Jinyang company is a traditional "Ribbon" textile production plant, produced by the "Ribbon" products for festival decoration, flower design materials, clothing accessories, handicrafts gifts decoration materials, cosmetics packaging materials, pet accessories.

Coffee yarn has many functions such as moisture absorption, deodorization, antibacterial, quick drying, cool and so on. After its appearance, it is loved by consumers. Many famous clothing companies in Europe and America, such as NIKE, have launched a series of products with coffee yarn as the main raw material.

Coffee gauze pays more attention to the promotion of environmental protection and resource recycling.

At present, the coffee grounds used in coffee yarns are provided by the US Starbuck Corp.

The research results of Taiwan Textile Research Institute, xingcai industry and other units have led the development direction of the textile industry. It has a good inspiration for the pformation and upgrading of Zibo textile products, and the products they develop can be adopted by our enterprises to promote the innovation of enterprise products through the combination of production and research.

Many entrepreneurs on this trip showed a strong interest in coffee yarn, and the leaders of Yin Shi Lai company and Xi Baer clothing company immediately reached a cooperation agreement with them, and now they are put into production line.
