    23 market grading according to its quality, the market of artificial leather products is as follows: (1) high-grade artificial suede: Japanese factory monopolizes the market, belongs to high-end products, for clothing, household and automobile industry.

    (2) artificial suede: mainly produced by South Korea and Taiwan, China. It is made of nylon island fiber and applied to shoes and bags.

    (3) artificial smooth leather: made of superfine nylon island fiber, used in shoes and bags.

    (4) plain glossy leather: made of ordinary polyester or nylon, mainly used in shoes and bags.

    (5) woven suede: it is not artificial leather and the price is low.

    The market distribution of high-grade artificial suede is listed in Table 5.

    3 Analysis of the production status of superfine artificial leather (1) from the above data analysis, we can see that the highest suede has the highest added value, and the most suitable substrate is PET superfine fiber nonwovens.

    (2) starting from environmental protection requirements, fiber needs to be recycled. It is a good solution to apply spunlace technology to the processing of recyclable PET microfiber.

    (3) artificial leather made of PA fiber is suitable for shoes and all kinds of other products.

    (4) fiber is very important in the production of advanced artificial leather.

    At present, Japan occupies the largest share of the high-end artificial leather market, because Japan has the leading microfiber spinning technology.

    Japan basically does not sell fiber and substrate, so other countries and manufacturers can hardly enter the market.
