The Seven Wolves Huijin International Center Will Be Built Soon.

China's first TSC high-rise civil building Huijin International Center is about to complete piling construction and will start investment promotion in the second half of this year.

When it comes to the two items of "Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Center" and Li Jiacheng's "Changjiang industrial center", we may not be strangers.

Today, the design of Huijin International Center, the Xiamen WOLVES WOLF Asset Management Co., Ltd., located in Guanyin Mountain Business District, Xiamen, is also designed by LARRY OLTMANNS.

The Huijin International Center of the seven wolves is the first civil high-rise building in China to select thin-walled steel tube centrifugal pipe piles (hereinafter referred to as TSC piles) for basic projects. It is a basic innovation project in China and the piling construction is about to be completed successfully.

At present, the seven wolves have been involved in many fields of residential and commercial office in real estate. Their residential projects in Jinjiang, commercial projects in Quanzhou New Gate Street and Huijin International Center in Xiamen have aroused great concern in the industry.

Since the beginning of land storage in 2004, seven wolves have operated in the province and even outside the province.

In order to meet the requirements of bearing capacity matching with the foundation conditions, we should increase the cross section of concrete as much as possible, so as to improve the bearing capacity and strike capability of piles, and minimize the wall thickness of the steel pipe, thus reducing the cost of pile foundation.

This new type of pipe pile has the advantages of steel pipe pile, concrete filled steel tubular pile, centrifugal concrete pipe pile and centrifugal steel fiber concrete pipe pile. It has the characteristics of strong hammer resistance, high penetration, fast pile sinking speed, good durability, excellent pile quality and low material cost.

Fu Shenghua introduced: "in popular terms, the pile for general construction is wrapped in concrete with a small number of reinforcing bars, while the TSC pile is wrapped in concrete with steel pipes. This kind of pile has high strength, strong bearing capacity and penetrating power."

It is understood that TSC pile construction is now near completion stage.

TSC pile has such a high quality, the cost is much higher than that of ordinary pile.

Why should we use such a good pile?

Fu Shenghua said that because of the complex geological structure of the coastal area of Xiamen, the infrastructure projects to be built must be invested, but this is only one reason.

In the second half of the year, Fu Shenghua, an investment promotion company, said that the seven wolves should build the Huijin International Center into an international 5A intelligent grade A office building, striving to be the first class in China and the top in Xiamen.

The quality requirements are so high that besides the project design by the international masters, they also need very good foundation works, while the seven wolves adopting TSC piles is a case worth mentioning.

Reporters also learned that the Huijin International Center has a record plan: the four floor of the project, which is also the first case in the office buildings in Xiamen.

The ground floor is four stories, the storey is 4.5 meters high. In addition to one floor for the equipment room, the other three floors are used as garage, and 486 parking spaces are planned.

This is exactly the seven wolves of the current office parking in Xiamen difficult to solve the current situation.

In the second half of this year, Huijin International Center will start investment promotion work.

It is understood that the project is expected to use 40% wolves, 60% for investment, business investment enterprises are not limited, but only for rent.
