It is reported that Suizhou's textile and garment exports to more than 30 countries, marine, joint, Li Feng, Jing Kang and other export enterprises are very hot orders, but recruitment difficulties and financing constraints constrain development.

"Cotton prices surged and plummeted, and the tonne price in January was 39 thousand yuan, which is now down to 25 thousand yuan.

It has been seen for the first time in more than 40 years in the textile industry.

Because they dare not enter cotton, sixty or seventy of the textile factories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are shutting down. The textile enterprises in Suizhou are still holding on to them. They are afraid to pick up large orders and long orders, and buy orders.

Xingfa company's normal monthly orders should be 400 to 600 tons, but only 3 to 5 tons per month in 4 and May.

Less orders will produce regular yarns, but the added value is low.

Xingfa has 630 employees. Although the profits of enterprises have declined, they have not pushed workers into the society in difficult times.

Xingfa applied for 70 mu of land last year and expanded 50 thousand yuan on the basis of the current 50 thousand yuan. However, due to the difficulty of land acquisition, Xingfa has not been able to expand it.

Gratifying is that the city's textile and garment industry still sticks to social responsibility. In the first 5 months of this year, scale enterprises sold 1 billion 970 million yuan, an increase of 43.4%, paying taxes 51 million 440 thousand yuan, an increase of 50.8%.

Summon the leader and create brilliance again

The survey found that the textile and garment industry in Suizhou has a solid foundation, and industrial workers, managerial personnel and business personnel have unique advantages. The international and domestic markets are broad, the orders are abundant, and the industry has great potential for development.

However, there are many factors that restrict the development of the industry. First, enterprises are small in scale, basically in a state of straggler and self governance, and lack of leading and mutual cooperation.

Most of the lower end businesses of each enterprise are not in Suizhou, and the local purchasing quantity of cotton, cotton yarn and cloth at the top is relatively small, and no group army is formed.

Two, family businesses are dominant and lack of high-end talent support.

Three is the lack of independent brands, OEM processing universalization, low profits and slow development.

The four is facing many difficulties, such as financing, land use, recruitment and so on.

Suizhou is short of large enterprises of textile and garment manufacturing. In textile, weaving and garment enterprises, there is also lack of enterprises with high technology content, high added value and strong brand radiation. The degree of dependence and correlation between enterprises is low, and the industrial chain is not close and imperfect.

Entrepreneurs should abandon xenophobic thinking and be willing to invest in high-end talents.

At present, there are few professionals in our textile industry. It is hard to keep up with the market in terms of industry foresight and modernization of science and technology.

To increase brand innovation, the three registered dreams of our city, such as ice posture, nu Nu, Sai Qu, Ou Liu, Jin Kaodi and so on, should be strengthened to do international and domestic efforts.
