    The first domestic multifunctional softening finishing machine, intelligent microwave dryer and full-automatic cheese dyeing line, designed and manufactured by ourselves, have been professionally identified by experts, and have made a strong appearance at the China International Textile Machinery Exhibition, which has aroused great interest of professional buyers.

    On the other hand, the booth area of Kangping Na has reached 196 square meters. The main products are "multifunctional softening finishing machine" and "intelligent microwave dryer". The full-automatic yarn dyeing production line will be displayed in video form because of its large and complex material.


    The multifunctional softening finishing machine integrates washing, milling, physical softness, drying and other functions. It has completed the high-precision forming technology of large diameter stainless steel rollers and the on-line detection of process parameters and the development of numerical control system. It is suitable for special finishing of all kinds of woven and knitted fabrics such as cotton, linen, wool and silk.

    The multifunctional velvet softening machine breaks through the mechanical traction mode of the rope fabric, and makes use of the suction and pressurization of the air to make the rope fabric firmly attached to the surface of the cylinder. Because there is no mechanical pressure and tension, the fabric is not easy to generate wrinkles, and it can fully guarantee the stability of the fabric size; the circulating pump will spray the liquid from the bottom of the main channel to the surface of the fabric through the nozzle, and the synchronous depressurization effect caused by the pressure drop in the cylinder will cause the liquid on the fabric to atomize and rapidly penetrate into the fabric, thus improving the washing efficiency and reducing the dosage of chemicals such as lotions and softeners.

    Compared with the traditional process, the washing time is shortened by 70%, the toner water consumption is reduced by 50%, and the steam consumption is reduced by 30%.

    When the drum is conveyed at high speed by the roller, the specially designed baffle pipe on the rear side of the impact is combined with the reaction force generated by the collision and the bursts of force under the pressure of the air flow. The skeleton of the fabric is disintegrated, making the fabric softer, and the effect of the knitted fabric is obvious and lasting, so that it can achieve a higher softness.


    The intelligent microwave dryer adopts automatic import and export of yarn, on-line detection technology and intelligent control system to realize automatic control of the drying process of the yarn. The drying efficiency is high, the drying is uniform, the thermal efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, and the automation is controlled. By adjusting the parameters, the yarn's moisture regain can be adjusted and controlled. It has the characteristics of intelligence, green and environmental protection. It is the first successful application of microwave technology to the drying equipment of textile yarns, bulk fibers and so on, and fills the domestic blank.

    The microwave heating of the intelligent microwave dryer does not require heat conduction. Even if the material with poor thermal conductivity can reach the heating temperature in a very short time, it will save 30~40% energy over steam drying and save energy by 8~10% compared with RF drying.

    In addition, the microwave heating can make the surface of the object absorb electromagnetic waves uniformly and generate heat energy, so the heating uniformity is good, and the moisture in the outer coke does not appear. The moisture regain error can be controlled within 2%.


    The automatic cheese dyeing production line is aimed at the main problems existing in traditional cheese dyeing, such as low sample rate, low production efficiency and poor product quality. Central control system, dyeing machine, centrifugal dehydrator, microwave dryer, dye auxiliaries distribution system, cheese yarn material flow system and remote diagnosis system are developed.

    Through the digitalization and intellectualized automatic control of the whole production line, the first rate and product quality can be improved, and the dyeing cycle will be shortened.


    The whole production process of the production line is controlled by the central computer, replacing the manual operation, realizing the unmanned production workshop, reducing the human disturbance, and adopting the standard chemical sequence control at the same time of eliminating human interference, solving the shortcomings of high redyeing rate and repeated utilization of energy sources caused by environmental interference. While ensuring the stability of dyeing quality, the production efficiency is increased by more than 40% while that of the traditional method. At the same time, the heat recovery device for cooling water recycling and waste water discharge is matched, and the water-saving and energy saving index is reduced by 30% and 50% compared with the traditional process equipment. The cleaning technology has reached the advanced level of the international similar equipment, and has achieved the goal of grafting and upgrading traditional industries with high technology.


    The above three devices have the functions of on-line detection, automatic process control and automatic operation and remote diagnosis of the manipulator. The automation and information performance is good. The production line can provide targeted services according to different sizes and different types of dyeing factories. The whole set of equipment can be matched with various imported and some domestic equipment.

    Advanced technology, energy saving and environmental protection have filled the gap in China, and the technology has reached the advanced level of international similar equipment. However, the price is only 1/3 of the international dyeing and finishing equipment. It has significant technical, price and service advantages, breaking the monopoly of foreign markets and replacing imports. It is one of the competitive products of the domestic dyeing and finishing industry in the future, and has great competitiveness and broad market prospects.
