At the founding meeting, Du Guangmin, the Secretary of the county Party committee, warmly congratulated the founding of the Qingyuan chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou on behalf of the four teams of the county, and briefed the entrepreneurs on the development of their hometown.

On the same day, the Qingyuan chamber of Commerce held its first general meeting in Hangzhou. It passed the chamber of Commerce regulations, the election methods of the general assembly and the management of revenue and expenditure, and elected the chamber of Commerce leading group.
