The operation of the raw silk production line gradually stabilized and the quality index continuously increased, reaching the spinning speed of the carbon fiber precursor of 120 meters per minute. After testing by the authoritative organization, the strength of the carbon fiber reached the maximum of 4.9GPa.

At the same time, the 3 subsidiary companies in the application of carbon fiber - carbon fiber prepreg, carbon cloth production remained stable, and products were popular.

In recent years, the company has developed a number of market potential carbon fiber products, such as dish motor, textile accessories and so on.

The production line is only the first phase of the Shenyang Zhong Heng carbon fiber project. At present, the enterprise is summarizing the experience of the first phase of the project construction, actively planning the two phase project and long-term development of the carbon fiber project. In line with the development thought of "large-scale, low-cost and high-performance", the engineering technology of carbon fiber will bear fruit, develop more than 40 cubic meters of polymerization reactor, develop the spinning speed of more than 200 meters per minute, and the unit and single line production capacity should catch up with the advanced level of the world, so that China's carbon fiber and its products will have international competitiveness in terms of performance and cost.
