Chu Xiangyin, vice president of the Beijing branch of China Council for the promotion of trade, said that the protection of exhibition intellectual property rights is not enough by relying solely on the supervision, proof and rights protection of enterprises or exhibition organizers.

Even if the law enforcement department of intellectual property rights has infringed on the spot, how can we guarantee law enforcement? Therefore, the issue of intellectual property protection is only a concentrated exposure to the problem of intellectual property protection in the current social environment. In order to solve the problem of infringement, the whole society needs to pay close attention to intellectual property rights and take effective measures to combat the problem.

"Effective combat action" is not just a matter of speaking. The government's concern is on the one hand. It is the most important thing to raise the awareness and self-discipline of intellectual property rights.

For the protection of intellectual property rights, enterprises should learn to be good at using the intellectual property system to protect themselves. In addition, we should not knowingly break the law. We must strengthen the awareness of intellectual property rights rather than wait for the infringement incidents to happen again.

To manage exhibitions and protect intellectual property rights, the key is to "join hands".

Exhibitors should not only seek immediate benefits; exhibitors should learn ways and know how to restrain themselves; and the division of management departments should be clear about their duties, simplify their procedures and be good at dealing with emergencies.

That is to say, only when we are always vigilant against the problem of infringement can we avoid the occurrence of tort.

Intellectual property protection is not only a meeting, but also needs action to support it.
