Kim Cheng said that the base will use the Beijing and southern regional domestic and international logistics platform to develop domestic and foreign trade, promote the internationalization of clothing trade commodities and trade circulation in the southern region of Beijing, attract domestic and foreign related enterprises to invest in the related industries, and enable local enterprises to achieve international operation. In the future, they will become Pierre Cardin and Armani.

At present, the domestic garment industry concentrated area is mainly located in the southeast coast and the Yangtze River Delta region. Although there are many garment manufacturers in North China, most of them are not large and are in a state of stragglers.
