　　“一是深入推進(jìn)行業(yè)質(zhì)量攻關(guān)，開展質(zhì)量提升與趕超工程成果驗收與交流工作;二是進(jìn)一步加強行業(yè)分析研究與統(tǒng)計分析，提升行業(yè)規(guī)劃研究與統(tǒng)計分析工作水平;三是進(jìn)一步加強行業(yè)信息宣傳工作，著力打造和整合行業(yè)信息平臺;四是深入推進(jìn)科技促進(jìn)工作，以國家‘高效節(jié)能縫制設(shè)備’項目推動為抓手，努力提升企業(yè)科技研發(fā)能力，推動校企合作，建立知識產(chǎn)權(quán)溝通平臺;五是繼續(xù)發(fā)揮行業(yè)培訓(xùn)及技能鑒定在人才培養(yǎng)中的作用，大力開展職業(yè)培訓(xùn)及技能鑒定工作;六是繼續(xù)深化行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作，發(fā)揮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在企業(yè)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營等工作流程中的技術(shù)支撐作用;七是進(jìn)一步加強分支機構(gòu)建設(shè)，推動各專業(yè)委員會自主開展活動;八是積極開展國際交流、市場考察和CISMA2013籌備工作，加強專業(yè)市場建設(shè)力度;九是進(jìn)一步推動秘書處自身建設(shè)，促進(jìn)為企業(yè)服務(wù)水平的提升。”

In particular, the growth rate of electronic controlled products, the output and benefits of automatic sewing units, the optimization of the structure of export products, the growth of invention patents, and so on have achieved remarkable results. 3., the degree of concentration has increased, the industry profits have been concentrated to the dominant enterprises, 4., the profitability of the industry has declined, and the sustainable development is facing challenges.

When it comes to the situation and tasks faced by the industry in 2012, he Ye pointed out that the industry is faced with some long-term contradictions and short-term conflicts. The structural factors and cyclical factors interact with each other. Domestic issues and international issues are interrelated, and macro-control is facing more complicated situations.

He Ye pointed out that the development direction of China's sewing machinery industry in 2012 and even in the future period will be: pformation.

At the same time, when talking about the tasks of the industry, he Ye pointed out that the industry has comparative advantage, consumption structure and upgrading of industrial structure, which contains huge demand potential, and the strengthening of the real economic status. Industries and enterprises should strengthen their confidence.

In the process of upgrading and development, industry and enterprises should rationally locate the scale, speed and products, and lay emphasis on consolidating management, technology, marketing, quality, talents and other foundations, and drive comprehensively by technological innovation, management innovation, system innovation and development mode innovation.

At the invitation of China Sewing Machinery Association, Dr. Pan Jiancheng, deputy director of the China Economic Prosperity Monitoring Center of the National Bureau of statistics, delivered the keynote speech on the theme of "the analysis of current economic situation and policy orientation" in the two session of the nine session of the central sewing Association.

He mainly focused on the current economic situation in China, from the three aspects of economic growth expectations, inflation expectations, enterprise difficulties and policy orientation, and shared the latest economic research achievements with the representatives of the sewing machinery industry.

At the meeting, the participants heard the 2011 annual financial report of the China Sewing Machinery Association, and examined and approved the Interim Measures for the mediation of intellectual property disputes of the China Sewing Machinery Association, and six documents on the management of vocational skills training and appraisal in China's sewing machinery industry (Trial Implementation) and the report on the development of new members.
