According to the analysis of clothing and apparel products in recent years, experts at the meeting pointed out that the most serious problem is fiber content is not up to standard, almost all kinds of products.

However, the unqualified use instructions decreased significantly in recent years.

In this analysis meeting, experts pointed out that the production enterprises did not understand the standards, or the understanding of the indicators in the standard was deviant, resulting in defects in the design and production of clothing products. This is the main reason for the above quality problems.

Especially when some foreign brands enter the domestic market, they are not familiar with the relevant national standards, resulting in serious systemic problems in product quality control.

In addition, there are many standards for clothing and apparel products, and there are some intersections in the scope of application. In addition, some enterprises do not understand enough the standard system of clothing products, and the use is unreasonable, which ultimately affects the quality of clothing and apparel products.

Another reason is that the production enterprises have not established strict acceptance inspection.

At the same time, enterprises are not strict in product processing technology and raw material quality control, resulting in mixed use of raw materials, and lack of effective verification in subsequent processing may lead to the deviation of fiber content; or because of cost control considerations, simplifying process technology, washing and drying processes are not strict, resulting in pH value, color fastness, formaldehyde content and dichloromethane soluble substances in wool products exceeding the standard.

For the "diagnostic report" made by experts, the participating enterprises are very useful.

At the quality analysis meeting, the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau asked enterprises to strengthen their first sense of responsibility, strictly abide by laws and regulations and related standards, and establish and improve the product quality control system to eliminate hidden dangers in products that endanger human health and personal and property safety.

Distribution enterprises should also strengthen management, strictly check the acceptance of incoming goods, choose reliable suppliers, make necessary analysis and verification of the information provided by suppliers, and attach more importance to safety indicators, and entrust relevant inspection departments to test and verify them when necessary.
