According to the data of Huzhou Municipal Commission of credit, in 2011, the characteristic textile industry in Huzhou achieved 16 billion 788 million yuan in the main business, an increase of 39.5% over the same period last year. The industrial added value was 3 billion 258 million yuan, an increase of 23.9% over the same period last year, ranking the top of the six major industries. The scale benefit of the Huzhou characteristic textile industry cluster gradually became prominent.
