Qinyang Has Been Renovating 87 Key Leather Chemicals Enterprises.

In 2007, the high standard of pollution control in Qinyang city of Henan province was carried out. The city's pollution control work completed the provincial and municipal emission reduction task two months ahead of schedule.

Compared with 2005, the standard rate of industrial wastewater discharge reached 97% in 2007, and the compliance rate increased by 19 percentage points. The main river water pollution index decreased by 69.7%, and the four of the main rivers outgoing section reached 97.6%.
