    Look at the two aspects of the past year.


    My second point is to make a basic estimate of the year of the opening year.

    The pformation of the mode of economic development and the upgrading of the industry have made some achievements, but too much investment and too high cost.

    Why is there such a situation? I think the main reason is the economic system, and the so-called institutional obstacles have not been eliminated.

    Third, why is this happening? I think the first question is about what kind of economic system we must build, and use such an economic and other system to advance our economic development.

    We sometimes call it state capitalism.

    Its main content is to rely on a strong government and a very strong state department to control the whole economy with a state sector dominated by state-run economy, and then use the powerful resources of the mobilization of resources by the government to invest a lot of resources into the economy to promote economic development.

    In 12th Five-Year, it was stipulated that in order to speed up reform, there should be top-level design.

    Finally, under such circumstances, the top-level design in all aspects and the creative and active experiments in the field are all proceeding.

    Besides, some experiments in the area are worth noticing.
