    In the 2008 financial crisis, the European and American markets were battered, and the sales volume of Yali export dropped from 14 million yuan to 890 thousand yuan, which made Chen Minghong's pure outward business difficult.

    Faced with difficulties, he told reporters with a smile, "turning the danger into a machine, the key is to deal with it flexibly."

    He quickly adjusted the direction of the market and started the domestic market in 2009.

    In 2010, the first image store in Shan Lin Road was located in Zhongguancun, Beijing. At the end of 2011, Chen Minghong had more than 100 stores in more than 20 large and medium-sized cities throughout the country.


    In order to deal with the shortage of orders, he began to do OEM for other brands.

    With delivery punctuality and quality clearance, it became the main supplier of XTEP in a short span of one year, and won the best quality award of XTEP in 2011.


    "Market competition is always cruel. What I want to do is to keep a close eye on the best seller. The more intense competition is, the quicker we can get people to run faster."
