1, hand washing must be done.

Inside the down jacket, there is a small label printed with maintenance and washing instructions. Careful people will find that 90% of the down garments should be hand washed, and dry cleaning should not be allowed, for the dry cleaning will affect the warmth retention and make it easy.

Washing temperature at 2 and 30 C.

First, place the down jacket in cold water for 20 minutes, so that the down coat can be fully moistened inside and outside.

The detergent is dissolved in 30 degrees of warm water, then the down garment is immersed in it for a quarter of an hour, then gently brushed with a soft brush.

Rinse should also use warm water, so that detergent fully dissolved in water, so that the down jacket is rinsed more cleanly.

3, the concentration of laundry detergent should not be too high.

If you must wash down down clothes with washing powder, it is advisable to put 4 to 5 tablespoons of washing powder in two washbasin water. If the concentration is too high, it is difficult to rinse clean. The washing powder remaining in the down will affect the fluffiness of the down and greatly reduce the warmth retention.

4. Best use of neutral detergent.

Neutral detergent has minimal damage to clothing and feather.

Using alkaline detergent, if rinse is not clean, residual detergent will cause damage to the down jacket, and easy to leave white marks on the surface of the clothes, affecting the appearance.

To remove residual alkaline detergent, two teaspoons of vinegar should be added to warm water after rinsing for two times, then the down coat will be soaked for a while before rinsing, and vinegar can neutralize alkaline detergent.

5, do not wring dry.

After the down garment is washed, it must not be wrung dry. It should be extruded, then paved or hung up to dry. No sun exposure or ironing is necessary to avoid scalding clothing.

After drying, it can be lightly padded to make the down jacket restore fluffy and soft.
