    The boss investigation column conducted a questionnaire survey on the owners of nearly 50 enterprises in traditional industries such as clothing, footwear, umbrellas, toys and so on to reflect the concern of Jinjiang boss on the labor contract law.

    50% do not know much about 30% and know nothing about the process of investigation. The reporters found that the boss of most enterprises in Jinjiang did not know much about the specific rules of the labor contract law. 55.2% of the bosses only knew that a new law would be implemented, which would have a greater impact on enterprises. But the specific content of the new law and the specific differences between the old and new laws were not clear.

    31% of the bosses don't even know the new law.

    Lin Jianzhu, chairman of Wan Xingfa Toy Co., Ltd., said that their company is basically a professional person in charge of manpower, and they are not very familiar with it, nor do they know much about the new labor contract law.

    Business owners who know something about the new law have said that the implementation of the new law will greatly increase the cost of labor.

    The proportion of this view is 89.7%.

    Tan de Shu, deputy general manager of Jiali children's products Co., Ltd., said that it is certain that the implementation of the new law will definitely increase the human cost and management cost of the enterprise.

    In the past, the monthly salary of 1000 yuan would be very good, and it would be very difficult to recruit workers for 1500 yuan a month after the implementation of the new law.

    But a small number of enterprises believe that the new law does not increase the labor cost of enterprises.

    The executive vice president of the plum blossom umbrella Limited by Share Ltd said that the introduction of the new labor contract law will not have a significant impact on the increase in the cost of human capital of Jinjiang listed companies.

    Because the listed company has already carried out a complete standard in terms of contract, treatment and welfare before the listing, and has basically met the requirements and targets of the state labor law.

    However, the new law may bring a certain cost burden to enterprises that are not listed.

    Nearly 40% bosses are "helpless". Most people do not support the implementation of the new law on layoffs. The cost of employment has risen. Is the company taking corresponding measures to share the rising cost?

    In the survey, the reporter found that, apart from "improving internal management, improving enterprise efficiency and reducing costs" and other traditional ways, most bosses were unable to cope with the pressure brought by the new law, and 38% of the owners said they did not know how to deal with the new law.

    "I can't think of any better ways to deal with it."

    Ding Sien, general manager of Jinjiang Maotai rubber and plastic factory, said that he had no choice but to passively adapt to the rising cost of labor brought by the new law.

    Tan de Shu, deputy general manager of Jiali children's products Co., Ltd., said that for the new labor contract law, most enterprises still have no clear countermeasures. They are still in the wait-and-see stage.

    Nevertheless, Jinjiang's business owners have expressed their denial of the "layoffs" adopted by many large domestic companies.

    Luo Fengxu, vice president of Xingye leather Polytron Technologies Inc, thinks that the proportion of manpower cost in manufacturing enterprises is very small. Layoffs can not save the cost of enterprises, and it will be harmful to employees.

    The new law may lead to industry shuffling enterprises urgently need to regulate labor relations. When asked what impact the implementation of the new law will have on Jinjiang enterprises, 69% of the owners believe that the new law will force non-standard enterprises to standardize. 51.7% of the owners believe that the implementation of the new law will make the enterprises face the industry shuffle.

    Ding Jingtang, the administrative manager of Hongsheng rain gear Co., Ltd., Jinjiang, believes that the new labor contract law has perfected many defects of the labor law before, and further safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the laborers.

    Although this will bring some financial pressure to enterprises, in the long run, it will be very beneficial to enterprises and workers.

    Tan de Shu, deputy general manager of Jiali children's products Co. Ltd., said that the implementation of the new law will definitely benefit the enterprises in the long run, but this is a relatively long process. In the process of achieving this goal, there will surely be some pains, and even the reshuffle of the industry is not impossible.

    In the interview, 72.4% of the owners thought that after the implementation of the new law, the urgent need for Jinjiang enterprises to improve is to standardize the signing of the labor contract, and the "sound labor security and welfare system" is also urgently needed to improve the enterprises.

    Ding Sien believes that many enterprises in Jinjiang have not signed labor contracts for a long time. Some companies want to shirk their responsibilities and do not want to sign. Some employees are afraid of being bound and unwilling to sign.

    It is believed that after the implementation of the new law, labor and capital contracts will become a major task for enterprises, but it will also be a big problem.

    70% the boss wants the government to step up publicity. Despite the fact that the new law has become iron since the beginning of the new law, many owners in the interview said that they had not found a way to deal with it, so 69% of the owners hoped that the government could increase the publicity and popularization of the new law so as to help enterprises and workers understand the difference between the two laws as soon as possible.

    Hong Yifeng, chairman of Jinjiang Hengfeng Spray Cotton Weaving Co. Ltd. said that at present, there are few bosses who know this law, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Some of them even do not know this law at all.

    It is suggested that the government widely publicize the training work and set up training stations based on towns or villages.
