Deng Weilong, Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee, urged enterprises to recruit local labor force to promote the pfer of labor force to the Pearl River Delta in less developed areas. It is suggested that the government can introduce a complete set of measures in terms of policies, funds and talents.

For example, when every enterprise recruits a labor force in the province, the government helps the enterprises to solve part of the employees' social insurance. Maybe a person has only a few hundred yuan a month, but for tens of thousands of factories, the role is very obvious. This will stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to recruit local labor force, thereby promoting the Pearl River Delta labor intensive enterprises to move to the East and West wings and mountain areas in northern Guangdong, and to use local labor force locally.

Foshan municipal Party committee secretary Lin Yuan and vigorously clean up the low-end ceramic industry to upgrade, the environment must be upgraded.

The task of energy conservation and emission reduction in Foshan is very heavy. Many low-end industries spend a lot of land, resources and labor, and cause environmental pollution.

In addition to the two ceramic bases in Nanzhuang and Luo Cun, they will be closed and cleaned up, and a large number of low-end ceramic factories will be removed.

Because only the level of infrastructure in mountainous areas can be upgraded to a new level.
