Regarding energy conservation and emission reduction, Xu Kunyuan said that during the "11th Five-Year" period, the industry has made gratifying achievements, and the task of energy saving and emission reduction faced by the "12th Five-Year" industry is more arduous.

In order to ensure the effectiveness, the state will implement some new policies, such as levying resources tax, environmental protection tax, and improving the emission standards in some areas.

The application of functional fibers, colored fibers and high performance fibers in the knitting field has developed rapidly in recent years, and its product development has been deepened.

For those who are keen on product development, Xu Kunyuan suggests that some strategies can be adopted when popularizing, and new business names can be used on the tag.

"Avoid using traditional names such as polyester, nylon, viscose and so on. New fibers will be used with new names, so the price will be doubled."

Xu Kunyuan said, this can better reflect the value of new products and get consumers' recognition.

As for talents, Xu Kunyuan said that most of the industries are small and medium-sized enterprises. In the future, small and medium-sized enterprises will have to go professional, refined, special and new ways to survive, so that they can be competitive.

To become such an enterprise, we must have talents.

Xu Kunyuan further elaborated that according to the investigation and research by foreign agencies, fashion consumption began to escalate after 2010, not only quantity but also function and quality improvement.

But now the industry design and product development talents are too short. According to the way that several designers have been carrying out the product design, they will not be able to last too long.

In view of the concerns of some enterprises that "designers lose after 3 years of training", Xu Kunyuan suggests that a new business mechanism can be implemented so that talents can participate in the stock market.
