Zhang Yongning said that at present, Shishi's textile and garment industry is at an important juncture of pformation and upgrading. It is necessary to accelerate the pformation of enterprises from "making products" to "doing culture", taking the way of design and research and development, and developing towards personalization, fashion and high-end. Learning from Italy and building Milan into China's "Shishi" is the only way for the development of Shishi textile and garment industry.
