     "National costume design competition, ethnic minority model competition" started


    Recently, the 2011 China (Guizhou) press conference on "national costume design competition and ethnic minority model contest" (hereinafter referred to as "two matches") was held in Guiyang.

    It is understood that the "two matches" are jointly sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Guizhou provincial Party committee, the Guizhou Provincial Committee of letters and commissions, the Guizhou Provincial People's Committee, the Guizhou Provincial Education Department, the Guizhou Provincial Culture Department, the Guizhou Provincial Tourism Bureau, the Guizhou provincial broadcasting and Television Bureau and the Communist Youth League Committee, and are organized by the new Silk Road (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

    This event is a further continuation and deepening of the "two match one" campaign in Guizhou province.     After the official start of the "two match" in September, the preliminary contest will be held from October to mid November, and the finals will be held in Guiyang on 24 and 25 November.

    2011 "China (Guizhou) national costume design competition", with the theme of "fashion, Guizhou and Yan" as its theme and the combination of "original national costume and the innovation of the times, the combination of the original national culture and the spirit of the times", aims to publicize the national costume culture and build the most direct communication platform for the national costume design. At the same time, it promotes the popularization of the national costume characteristic products, extends the chain of the national tourism industry, and promotes the development of Guizhou's national costume brand.

    The national costume design competition requires the contestants to closely follow the design theme, highlighting the national costume culture and integrating fashion elements. The costumes and collocation are ingenious, innovative, expressive and ingenious, conforming to the technological requirements; a strong sense of the series and close ties between the lines.

    The work needs to be designed according to the theme. The design must include 5 sets of men's and women's wear.

    2011 the "China (Guizhou) minority model competition" is an annual event to bring together Guizhou and even the national outstanding minority model talents.

    Young people of all ages who are 16~26 years old can be enlisted for the purpose of selecting outstanding models who are knowledgeable, good at home and abroad, and love the culture of ethnic minorities.

    The ethnic minority model competition takes "beauty" as the "economic" form, spreading the essence of ethnic culture to the world, and fully displaying the unique ethnic culture and customs of Guizhou.

    According to the instructions and requirements of the leaders of Guizhou Province, the "two races and one exhibition" is added to the competition in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the leaders of the Guizhou province. The aim is to vigorously publicize the image of "unique region" with distinctive characteristics, rich details and hospitality, highlighting its "resource advantages, industrial advantages and location advantages".

    The purpose of the "two events" is to pform cultural resources into new industrial industrial resources, drive Guizhou's economic development, enhance Guizhou's core competitiveness, and make Guizhou a strong tourist province and a great cultural province.
