Most of Anta sportswear is OEM produced by the Zhejiang garment factory, which is relatively finer in workmanship. But if you can find the suitable processing plant in Jinjiang, you can bring more efficiency to Anta.

"For example, when Anta developed a new product, it got a bad result when it was taken to the factory. Now it only takes more than ten minutes to drive. It's very convenient to say hello if there's any problem."

In this way, Tian Shou garment factory and Anta embarked on the road of cooperation.

According to Cai Tianshou, the new garment factory is renamed the Shan Ni garment factory, which is jointly invested by Tian Shou institution and Anta company.

In order to meet the requirements of Anta's high-end products, Shan Ni garment factory has replaced the original equipment, imported advanced equipment from Japan, and introduced the management mode of Japan.

The reporter saw in a busy garment factory that there were more than 20 sewing cars on the production line of more than 30 meters. Starting from the first working procedure, a garment had to go through many processes, and it needs to be steamed, ironed and tested by semi-finished products.

Cai Tianshou said that many garment factories in Jinjiang did not make a living out of foreign trade barriers alone, but it was difficult to survive under the barriers of foreign trade. Instead of domestic brands, it was often difficult for them to achieve the quality of their products. In this case, the clothing factory used the advantages of workers and venues to cooperate with brands, which is an ideal way out.

"This is actually a good way to integrate Jinjiang's local industrial chain, and it is a win-win for enterprises."
