The unqualified items are formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness and fiber content.

The main reasons for the failure are: first, individual production enterprises are not strict with raw materials, or buy low price and inferior quality to reduce costs.

The quality of knitted swimsuit products has been improved.

The products of the knitted swimsuit products were inspected in Xingcheng District of Huludao city. 50 batches of 50 knitted bathing suit manufacturers were selected. The quality of the products was 45 batches. The qualified rate of the sample was 90%, which was 12 percentage points higher than that of the sample in 2010, and the color fastness was not qualified.

Color fastness refers to the firmness of the product's color and tolerance to external influences.

The color fastness of swimsuit products directly reflects the change of appearance and color of swimsuit, which is a hot topic for consumers to complain about swimsuit quality in recent years.

The main reason for the failure is that the production enterprises choose to buy low prices to reduce costs.

The quality of student uniforms is greatly improved.

A total of 29 batches of 29 school uniform production enterprises in 9 regions of Shenyang and Benxi were sampled. The products were of 23 batches of physical quality, and the qualified rate of physical samples was 79.3%, which was 26 percentage points higher than that of product quality sampling in 2010, and the quality of products was obviously improved.

The unqualified items were fiber content and pH value.

Fiber content is the main index that reflects the quality of fabric, and is one of the most concerned factors for consumers to buy clothes.

The fact that the actual fiber content of clothing is inconsistent with the label will mislead consumers' purchasing behavior.

The main reasons for the failure are: first, the production enterprises reduce the cost, reduce the neutralization and cleaning process, and do not effectively remove the chemical substances on the surface of the remaining garments; two, the production enterprises do not pay enough attention to the labeling requirements in the product standards, and fail to strictly comply with the standard requirements.
