Last year, in order to further popularize new technologies, the China Linen Textile Industry Association pointed out that in the industry guidance issued by the newly released ramie bio degumming technology promotion, it is necessary to popularize and apply the more mature ramie biochemical degumming production technology, improve the quality index of ramie degumming fiber and other spinnability, and strive to achieve the improvement of the yield of ramie refined hemp to more than 2.5%, save more than 30% of the degumming water, and save energy consumption by more than 15%, and strive to discharge sewage to meet the national and local government regulations and other restrictive indicators.


    During the exhibition, domestic viscose manufacturers will focus on the latest products. Viscose fiber, which has many advantages of natural fibers, is also used as raw material of cotton waste, and has become an important textile raw material. However, its production process is faced with environmental problems such as "black liquor treatment". In western developed countries, viscose fiber production in traditional technology is gradually decreasing. The industry is studying the use of biochemical technology instead of chemical extraction of cellulose, greatly improving the conversion rate of alpha cellulose, thereby improving production efficiency, and effectively solve the environmental problems of viscose fiber production process.


    Using recycled polyester bottles to produce recycled chemical fiber has become a promising industry in China. The recycling of resources can reduce pollution and increase efficiency. The recycled PET bottles can be used to produce polyester staple fiber and nonwoven fabric, and can also be used to produce hollow fibers and make filler materials such as cotton wool. In the field of clothing fabric production, the fiber can be blended with other fibers, and the blending rate is as high as 90%. At this exhibition, some enterprises will display recycled yarn and related products.


    As an environmental protection technology, the popularization of raw liquor coloring technology has entered a new stage. It is being accepted and tried by more enterprises and has made a breakthrough in different fields. In the textile industry, Xia Ke environmental protection, which is the first wave of dyeing in the textile industry, has been promoting various new products based on raw liquor coloring technology in recent years, including the "Seth" which can replace acrylic fiber.

The project plans to establish or transform 4 super spinning cotton polyester fiber spinning demonstration lines, 2 polyester continuous polymerization demonstration lines, 1 PTA process intensification demonstration lines, 8 textile, dyeing and finishing, and fabric production demonstration lines, and promote the industrialization of super Imitation cotton polyester fibers and their products through demonstration and promotion of technological achievements.

    Biomass fiber will become a new hot product of this exhibition. Bamboo, hemp, seaweed, animal and plant protein, PTT and other biomass are playing an increasingly important role in yarn, and become an important support to enhance the added value of yarn products. During the "12th Five-Year" period, the textile industry took biochemical raw materials and biomass fibers as an important entry point for the sustainable development of the industry, and formulated specific targets and development paths for this purpose.


    According to statistics, in the world's biomass regenerated fiber resources, regenerated cellulose fiber resources (such as crop stalks, trees, etc.) are about 550 billion tons; chitin chitosan fiber resources in regenerated polysaccharide fiber (such as marine shellfish and crustaceans) are about 100 billion tons, and algal fiber resources are about 13 billion to 150 billion tons; and protein fiber resources are about 5000 billion tons. These rich resources need to be targeted for rational development and application.


    Generally speaking, the industry is most effective in the development and application of bamboo resources. Under the efforts of the Tianzhu fiber industry alliance, bamboo fiber has been widely used as a new environmentally-friendly raw material in underwear, socks, towels, bedding and other skin care products.


      Characteristics of more than 4 fiber blend


    With innovation as the driving force, vigorously adjusting the product mix and actively developing multi fiber blended products is a hot topic in the industry. In particular, various new fibers are emerging, and the great progress of spinning technology has created the conditions for multi fiber blending. Some enterprises have indicated that the use of new fibers to produce multi component composite yarns has become the biggest profit point for enterprises. On this year's yarn exhibition, some enterprises will introduce the latest research and development of multi fiber blended yarn.


    Wool spinning has developed rapidly in recent years, thanks to the wide application of semi worsted technology. Semi worsted Technology On the basis of traditional worsted spinning and coarse woolen spinning technology, cotton spinning technology and wool spinning technology are integrated into a new type of multi component mixing process, which solves the problem that the original woolen spinning equipment can not solve. Semi worsted can realize the successful blending of natural raw materials such as cotton, wool, silk and hemp with other new man-made fibers and chemical fibers, and the product structure is rich. Cashmere products, for example, can hardly be more than 70 spun yarns, and are usually used for woolen spinning, which is difficult to meet the market demand for light fabric. At the same time, the cost of raw materials for pure cashmere products is high, and the limitations of its products are great.
