Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen.

2011 China Internet Conference opened today.

First of all, on behalf of the China Internet association, I would like to extend a warm welcome to distinguished guests from all over the country.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to the industry representatives and guests from Hongkong.

This year is the 10th anniversary China Internet association. The China Internet Conference also ushered in the tenth session.

In the past ten years, under the cordial care of the leaders concerned, under the guidance and support of the competent departments and relevant units at all levels, with the active and extensive participation of the industry, the China Internet Conference has been growing together with the development of Internet in China, forming the scale and influence of today, and becoming a grand gathering of China's Internet industry.

The annual conference witnessed the development process of China's Internet and promoted it.

The Internet association has expressed its sincere thanks to the Ministry of industry and information technology, the State Council Information Office, the national Internet Information Office, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of education, the Ministry of culture, the General Administration of press and publication, the Beijing Municipal People's government, the Xinhua news agency, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of engineering, the China Science and Technology Association and other relevant government departments and related units for ten years to express their sincere thanks to the China Internet Association for guidance and support.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues in the industry and the friends in the media for their extensive support and active participation in the China Internet Conference.

Over the past ten years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the Internet has developed rapidly and flourishing, and has shown great vitality and vigorous vitality.

On the one hand, the vigorous development of the Internet industry has played an increasingly important role in promoting national economic and social development: the scale of the Internet industry has been expanding, innovation in the service and business models, and the integration of the Internet and traditional industries has provided a new way for the pformation of traditional industries.

This session will focus on the theme of "Network China - responsibility and vitality", and review the development process of China's Internet over the past ten years with the industry, summarize the laws and experiences of the Internet to promote social progress and national economic growth, and explore the responsibilities and obligations of the Internet industry in building a healthy and sustainable market environment for the Internet.

We hope that this conference is not only a platform for exchanges and discussions among the Internet industry, but also a stage for China's Internet industry to show responsibility, vitality, innovation and value.
