The quality of export products has always been one of the issues of common concern in Europe and the United States. In recent years, the quality problems of China's export products, especially consumer products in Europe and the United States have been frequent, which has brought great pressure to the export of enterprises. Underwear products are one of the main products of China's textile and clothing export, and are also closely related to consumer safety.
The problem of underwear products not only affects the normal export of Chinese enterprises, but also greatly damages the image of "made in China" in the international market.
However, there is no special guide manual for quality and safety of underwear products in China, which can not help enterprises understand the quality and environmental standards of foreign countries.

To this end, the Ministry of commerce foreign trade department and the textile import and Export Chamber of Commerce jointly formulated the "guide for the export of quality and safety of underwear products", so that enterprises can have a thorough understanding of the technical regulations, standards, conformity assessment procedures and consumer warnings in the major importing countries and regions of the world, and give full play to their guidance and guidance.

The main contents of this manual include: the production and export situation of underwear products in China; the quality and safety of underwear products, and the dynamic situation of consumers' warnings in major markets; the standards for testing underwear and related textile materials, the quality standards of ecological textiles and the standards of enterprise management system in China; the relevant technical regulations, standards, testing procedures of major importing countries and regions, relevant suggestions and industry measures.
