The clothing department of blue sky college is the longest department since the opening time of our college. Our department of garment design and engineering is the only undergraduate course in Jiangxi private colleges. Our department is rich in teaching, and now there are more than 670 students in fashion design. Since the beginning of 94 years, our department has recruited two years of skill classes, and began recruiting 95 years ago.

The self design examination class of clothing art design specialty has set up diploma diploma course since 97 years. In 2000, it recruited the first specialized class of dress design, and began to recruit students in 2006. This year, new specialist courses in dyeing and weaving art design (home textile design direction) have been added.

Our faculty is strong, with 26 full-time and part-time teachers. There were 4 orthodox teachers, 6 Deputy teachers, 7 lecturers, 9 assistant lecturers and 2 postgraduate students. The structure of the teachers is reasonable, the management team is complete, the management teaching and student work directors are seven, and the head teacher is always in charge of the twelve character policy. Strive to run schools with characteristics and train students' expertise. Over the years, the passing rate of self examination has been ranked the first spear of the whole hospital. Over the past more than 10 years, more than 2 graduates have been sent to the society.

Yu Guo and other hospital leaders have been concerned about the construction of the Department of clothing. In August 2007, the six storey clothing art building rose and updated the training facilities. The first floor is the exhibition hall; the two floor is the training room and fancy fancy computer room, with more than 200 high-speed motors, ironing machines, pressing liners, computerized embroidery machines, round head keyhole machines, flat head keyhole machines, computer knot tying machines, computerized double stitch sewing machines, multi needle machines, and other special equipment for garment production and processing. There are more than 20 sets of special equipment for clothing production and processing; the third floor is a flat plate making room; the four floor is a studio and a stereoscopic plate making room and a handicraft room; five to six floors are classrooms, including five multimedia classrooms.

2008 is the year of "standardized management and quality improvement" of the college. With the goal of building "the top brand of China's higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education", the Institute starts the strategic goal of "first-class brand of JiangXi BlueSky University". The college requires departments to strengthen the curriculum construction and teaching reform, and actively explore the reform of personnel training mode. Therefore, on the basis of good teaching quality, we should further carry out the implementation and strive for practical results, and actively implement the learning mode that combines production labor with social practice, and look forward to working with industry enterprises to develop courses. According to the requirements of technical field and occupation post, referring to the relevant professional qualification standards, we should reform the current curriculum system and teaching content, set up the curriculum standard to highlight vocational ability training, standardize the basic requirements of curriculum teaching, gradually enhance students' labor practice ability and professional skills, strengthen cooperation with industry and enterprises, give full play to their respective advantages in terms of school education and enterprise production, so as to achieve "win-win", and make contributions to the development of Jiangxi's garment industry and the rise of Jiangxi's economy.
