    Avoid The Idea Of Participating In The Exhibition.

    In the selection of exhibitions, we should pay attention to avoid some wrong choice ideas and methods. It is often wrong to consider the needs of the market without considering the market conditions, and do not research and choose the work for the exhibition. It is only for an isolated reason or for a unilateral consideration. There are many common choice errors.

But in a market economy regulated by supply and demand, there are three reasons for the low cost. First, the market potential of the exhibition site may not be large. Two, the exhibition may not be suitable for exhibitors. Three, the quality and efficiency of the exhibition may not be considered. Therefore, it is often wrong to choose an exhibition because of low cost. Practice has proved this point. (but it needs to be explained that government departments or other subsidized exhibitions are not in this area) the cost level is very important, but more importantly, cost effectiveness. Therefore, the cost can not be considered in isolation. Whether the market has potential, whether the exhibition is suitable for exhibitors and whether the exhibition effect is good or not should be the most important consideration for the choice, and the low cost should be placed on the secondary importance.   


    (3) choose an exhibition because of good evaluation.


    Celebrities, government departments, chamber of Commerce, news media and so on may make a very high appraisal of an exhibition. Because of this, it may not be appropriate to make a choice. Attention should be paid to the following aspects: this assessment may be the result of the public relations work done by the organizers of the exhibition. The appraisers evaluate the exhibition according to their own standards, and their needs and standards may not be consistent with those of the exhibitors; the evaluators may not be professional. Therefore, this kind of evaluation can only serve as the reference basis for the selection of exhibitions, and can not be taken as the main basis.   


    (4) because Competitor Exhibitors and exhibitors.


    This is a fairly common phenomenon, especially for large companies. A good exhibition is an important place of trade. It is of positive significance to expand or maintain the influence of exhibitors. However, competitors participating in an exhibition have their own strategic and tactical considerations. The reasons for each person's participation are not necessarily the same. Others' participation should not be the reason for their participation. Therefore, in addition to taking into account its own marketing strategy, why participation, we should also consider marketing tactics, that is, what marketing methods should be adopted, and the competition in the market does not necessarily have to fight in front of each other.
