Recently, a survey on the American fashion and retail industry showed that nearly 70% of the employees in the industry plan to switch jobs next year in order to get better career development.
A total of 2000 persons were interviewed.

The turbulence in the fashion industry, and nearly 70% of the consumer spending in the United States, are the reasons for the choice of job hopping in the fashion retailing industry.
Mike Niemela, chief economist of the international shopping center Council, said that the United States has opened shop for more than a year.

Sales growth in 2011 is expected to reach 3.5%, but consumer demand has been "weaker" recently.
Design, network digital and e-commerce are the most influential areas.
Flexible working hours and convenience of remote communication have prompted more professionals to look for jobs that can take care of their families and jobs.
