At the same time, the continuous supply of capital and land will become an important factor affecting the progress and quality of affordable housing construction.

Falsely reporting the chaotic phenomena of commencement

"As of the end of June, 5 million types of affordable housing projects have been launched nationwide, accounting for half of the total 10 million tasks set up this year."

Recently, the media disclosed that 15 newly built affordable housing projects in Conghua, Guangdong, were built by the enterprises themselves, and 635 of them accounted for 60% of the local annual construction plan. Some of them even completed "premature delivery" at the beginning of last year.

Construction funds in place doubt

Another challenge is funding.

According to the regulations, the lowest investment in housing projects is guaranteed.

According to the Ministry of housing estimates, the construction of 10 million sets of affordable housing this year needs a total of 1 trillion and 400 billion yuan of funds.

The real question is whether the quality and quality of housing construction can be similarly guaranteed while ensuring progress.

Cao Jianhai told reporters that from the national perspective, the quality of affordable housing construction is generally not as good as commercial housing. Under the circumstances of large-scale construction, the quality of construction is even more difficult to guarantee.

Although the Ministry of housing has repeatedly stressed the basic engineering construction standards, the quality problem is still inevitable.

In the first quarter of this year, the inspection team of the Department of housing and urban and rural construction of Guangxi randomly inspecting some construction projects of affordable housing. Otherwise, even the completion of the 10 million sets of affordable housing construction tasks, the actual effect will also shrink dramatically.
