In October 10th, Hurun 2007 charity list was officially released. Wang Zhentao, President of AOKANG group, has been listed as the head of Wenzhou philanthropist in 2007 from the 2003 to 58 million 478 thousand yuan.
In 2007, the amount of donations donated by Wang Zhentao was 10 million yuan more than that of the previous year.

In June 2002, he signed an agreement with the Zhejiang provincial youth development foundation to donate 10 million yuan to set up a Zhejiang university student assistance fund to finance the completion of the study in Zhejiang full-time college students with family poverty and excellent academic quality. In January 2006, Wang Zhentao made a great effort to set up a Huanggang AOKANG College Student Assistance Fund for 10 million yuan.
In 2007, he invested 20 million yuan to set up the Wang Zhentao charity fund.
