The 10 enterprises will eliminate 36 thousand tons of lead smelting, 1 million 70 thousand tons of cement production lines, 123 million 200 thousand sets of printing and dyeing production lines, 132 sets of dyeing machines and so on, 4 thousand and 700 tons of paper making and 7 sets of equipment.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of eliminating backward production capacity, the city has strictly implemented the national industrial structure adjustment catalogue by the letter Committee, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the national development and Reform Commission and other departments, focusing on cleaning up and checking the equipment and technological conditions of these 10 highly polluting enterprises involved in eliminating backward production capacity, clearing up the time for shutting down, and urging enterprises to formulate environmental management objectives and fulfill their social responsibilities.

At present, among the 10 enterprises involved in eliminating backward production capacity, the Xiangyang Xin Yuan 58 million 200 thousand meter printing and dyeing production line and dyed yarn production line have been shut down and taken the lead to demolish, and the other 9 enterprises' backward main equipment and production lines have all been shut down.
