    Textile Industry Exhibition

At the meeting, it was learned that "supporting the recycling of waste textiles" was first written into the "12th Five-Year plan" of China's textile industry (2011 to 2015) and will be announced in the near future.

This means that like recycled paper and recycled plastics, "recycled clothing" will also enter the lives of ordinary people.

According to the relevant person in charge of China Textile Industry Association, the policy of guiding the development direction of China's textile industry in the next 5 years is mainly composed of four sentences: first, to promote the industrialization and application of high new technology and the new generation of functional and differential fibers; two, to accelerate the development of industrial textiles; three, to promote the autonomy of high-end textile machinery and accessories, and four to support old waste.

    Recycling.

As a country with the largest population in the world and a large textile country, China's policy of "recycling of waste textiles" is of great importance both to itself and to the world.

Statistics show that in 2010, China

    fibre

Processing capacity reached 41 million 300 thousand tons, an increase of about 60% compared to 2005, accounting for more than 50% of the total global fiber processing.

Among them, the annual output of clothing is as high as 28 billion 500 million pieces. If we spread it to 7 billion of the world's population, we can get 4 pieces per person.

According to the plan, in the next 5 years, China will initially set up a textile recycling fiber recycling system.

By 2015, the total volume of fiber processing in China is expected to reach 51 million 500 thousand tons, of which about 15% will be recycled fiber.

"Over the past 5 years, China's fiber processing volume has increased by an average of 9.95% annually.

In the next 5 years, only about 4.5% growth is expected to be less than half of the past 5 years.

This means that China's textile industry will no longer take the old road of volume expansion, but will strive for quality improvement and sustainable development.

China textile industry association responsible person said.

According to the analysis, the soaring price of cotton and crude oil in recent two years is the direct motivation for China to introduce the policy of "recycling of waste textiles".

But how to improve the performance of regenerated fiber and how to separate different fibers from a fabric made of various raw materials remains to be solved.

In addition to technological research and industrial support, how to make ordinary consumers accept the "new things" from the inside of "recycled fabric" and "recycled clothing" is also a "hole" that needs to be crossed.

Recently, Shanghai has begun to present two kinds of dry and wet garbage cans to some pilot families. Dry garbage cans can be placed in waste textiles and plastic bottles for recycling purposes.

But if these rubbish "change" into "recycled clothing", whether it can be accepted by consumers is still to be tested.

According to the China Textile Industry Association, over the past 5 years, a number of new technologies for energy saving and emission reduction have been applied in China's textile industry.

For example, the utilization ratio of comprehensive utilization technology of waste heat recovery, reclaimed water reuse, mercerizing and alkali recovery has reached 50%. The production of viscose fiber with renewable, degradable bamboo pulp and hemp stalk pulp has been industrialized.

By implementing a series of comprehensive measures, it is estimated that the energy consumption of China's textile industrial units will be reduced by 18% in 2015 compared with 2010. The total intensity of industrial carbon dioxide and the total value of industrial added value will be reduced by 20%.

Men Turn To Become The Main Force Of Luxury Consumption

The authority of the luxury brand is known as "brand equity". People are willing to pay a high price for an ink pen or a handbag, not because the product is superior to the intrinsic quality of the competitors, but the brand label and brand equity, which is the value of the product to consumers.
