Xia Hua: Different Mentality Of Clothing Industry And Entrepreneur In Post Crisis Era

Perhaps in this round of post crisis era, new Chinese multinationals have a very good stage. I just want to talk about the mentality of industry and enterprises and entrepreneurs.

For Chinese entrepreneurs, it is a special group. Hongkong entrepreneurs and Taiwan entrepreneurs are the wealth accumulated by generations. Most of them are entrepreneurial entrepreneurs, and their wealth is growing rapidly. I think such a different mentality may be a good thing for all entrepreneurs in China. Let us really think about the value orientation of enterprises and the changes brought about by lifestyle.

Now, we feel that the manufacturing industry is jumping down, 12 leapt, and the real estate is going up. Wang Shi and so on have reached the top.

I think this crisis, especially the post crisis era, has created the birth of China's new business. It is the best time for people to think about the way entrepreneurs or enterprises acquire wealth and control their wealth.

I think a lot of people may have paid more attention to the means of acquiring wealth, but I think the crisis has made us start thinking about the wisdom of balance.

I would like to talk about the experience of different industries. The manufacturing industry may account for a large proportion of traditional industries. Many enterprises are talking about the future.

The real thinking of enterprises in 10 years, 20 years and even the next generation is very important. With the development of technology in the industry, there is great concern for the future. We feel that after 50 years and 30 years, the trouble facing my industry is that part of my industrial chain is not in existence.

I am a clothing brand. It is a very good opportunity for textile and clothing. Last year, the Ministry of Commerce launched an advertisement called "made in China". This is the first time that China has made an advertisement in the form of a country that I believe the creative people must feel very fond of.

In the past two years, we have been thinking, because I resigned from China University of Political Science and Law in 1994 and went into the clothing industry. Now, 16 years ago, we have created some independent brands in the past 16 years. But in the past 10 years, we have been thinking about this very simple question. It is speed and scale. The financial crisis has brought us to the perfect thinking.

So I think this opportunity will let us start to know that we have a few pounds and two opportunities, so that we can find a short board and confidence in it.

The biggest problem is that we always want to change people and manage others. I suddenly feel that our greatest trouble has been solved. I think that will also be lost. In fact, the most important thing is not to control, not to guide, not to change, but to really use others' thoughts to make ourselves stronger.

So in this round, I think it is a very good opportunity for Chinese enterprises. From the perspective of the management of the Chinese enterprises, the rigorous organizational structure, the unified mode and the constant replication, I feel that the real business begins.

It is also from the perspective of entrepreneurs, the mentality of entrepreneurs, I see there is a word in this, just did not mention the host, but I think this word is very durable, Chinese enterprises should especially talk about lasting problems, making brands I feel too deep.

First of all, I think that persistence is the mentality of entrepreneurs. At least for Chinese enterprises and for Chinese Contemporary Chinese enterprises, I feel a sense of persistence. I think that the change of entrepreneurs' values and the way of life of entrepreneurs is very important. Every crisis will bring about changes in lifestyle.

Many brands of our enterprises do not wear men's clothing. For the first time, the crisis will make Chinese male consumers change their lifestyle. More than 60% of the men do not go shopping, but now you have time to go shopping.

The biggest advantage of China is that the consumption base is large. So I said at the time that we should hurry up, we will not cut down production, and it will not change to the terminal so fast at the moment. When it comes to the terminal, it will bring about a very large increase in China's garment industry.

I think the mentality of entrepreneurs is very important, that is, our understanding of the way of life, our value orientation, I am very real, that is because China's entrepreneurial entrepreneurs really rely on the dry, so I advocate a forum like this today, I am the only female guests, I hope to give you a more relaxed feeling, I feel that the change in the way of life of entrepreneurs has become a three entrepreneur and a new generation of entrepreneurs.

Of course, there are many feelings about life now, including the climbing of real estate and the playing of IT. In fact, I think it is particularly important for entrepreneurs to have a life style. I hope that all entrepreneurs can really have three jobs, work is colored, life is romantic and meaningful, and life is full of flavour.
