However, due to the wide range of reform indicators and the difficulty of reform, it is urgent to pilot as soon as possible, study and solve various problems that may arise in the transition from grade indicators to color level indicators, and establish a color grading cotton inspection technology standard and cotton trade settlement system to meet the objectives of cotton quality inspection system reform.
