The contest received a total of 3278 entries from 11 countries and regions, and the number of entries has gone up to a new high.

Among them, a total of 288 design works stand out and enter the final stage of the final stage.

This year's warp knitting competition relies on the 2011 Xi'an World Horticultural Exposition, with the theme of "long river entering the sea and the surging tide of flowers" as the theme of the whole competition, which is divided into three events and 9 events.

The entries are from the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Finland, Holland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan.

In China, more than 50 universities, more than 20 professional design companies and design studios have organized entries. In addition, a large number of design works submitted by free designers have become a new highlight in this year's competition.

The judges who were invited to participate in the preliminary contest of this contest were all influential experts and scholars from home and abroad. The judges carefully selected 9 categories and 288 excellent design finalists by voting.

The judges gave a high evaluation of the entries of this competition. They believed that the entries received in this competition were not only large in number, high in level, and varied in style, but also displayed unique innovative consciousness and expression techniques in the design and creation of the theme of the performance competition, of which the design and creativity of leisure, dress and puppet were the most prominent.

The judges have great expectations for the finalists in the finals, and hope that they will bring extraordinary innovations and surprises to the competition through the next physical production.

The team member of the Zhejiang Haining warp knitting industrial park management committee and the business representatives of the competition organizer visited the Xi'an Polytechnic University for on-site inspection and guidance, and expressed satisfaction with the organization of the competition.

At present, all the finalists in the final stage have been notified by the Organizing Committee of the competition to start the actual production stage.

The final will be held in Xi'an in late May.
