Among them, fiber content and logo do not match up to about 50%~60% of the total sample, and the unqualified rate of color fastness index is 10%~15%; and pH value and other safety performance indexes fail to pass rate between 4%~15%.

This phenomenon is mainly due to the lack of strong legal sense and low quality awareness of production enterprises. Therefore, there is a phenomenon of random labeling of ingredients content and pH value exceeding the standard caused by deliberately reducing production processes.

It is suggested that all levels of quality supervision, industry authorities, inspection bodies and joint management should be coordinated.

On the one hand, we should strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations such as the product quality law and the consumer rights protection act. On the other hand, we should increase the frequency of supervision and spot check and improve the rectification measures to provide consumers with a safe and secure market environment.
