"JACK&JONES" Claims To Li Gui Official Website 2 Million
Due to unauthorized registration of JACK&JONES's official website and sales of JACK&JONES (JACK&; JONES) trademark clothing, the owner of the brand, Cui and Du Mou, was sued to the court by the JACK&JONES brand owned silk fashion (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and was claimed 2 million yuan.
Reporters learned yesterday from the Beijing Haidian court that the case will be pronounced today.

The plaintiff applied for registration with the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2003.

The plaintiff found that the defendant Du Mou registered jackjones.net domain name in April 11, 2007, the website responsible person is Cui Mou, the two person uses this domain name to launch the infringing website, the massive use plaintiff "JACK&, JONES" and the "JACK&JONES" trademark mark carries on the infringing commodity propaganda.
The defendant also set up his website.
