    Acrylic acylic


       

    Acrylic fiber is the trade name of polyacrylonitrile fiber in China, and abroad is called "Austria Lun" and "Cashmere".

    It usually refers to the synthetic fibers made from 85% or more acrylonitrile and second and third monomers by wet spinning or dry spinning.

    The fibers made from copolymers with acrylonitrile content ranging from 35% to 85% are called modified polyacrylonitrile fibers.

    Characteristic


     

    The performance of polyacrylonitrile fiber is very similar to wool, and its elasticity is better. When the elongation is 20%, the resilience rate can still maintain 65%, fluffy, curly and soft, and its heat retention is 15% higher than wool. It has the name of synthetic wool.

    The strength is 22.1 to 48.5cN/dtex, 1 to 2.5 times higher than that of wool.

    The sunlight is good, and the intensity of outdoor exposure is only 20%. It can be made into curtains, curtain, tarpaulin and gun clothing.

    It can resist acid, oxidant and general organic solvent, but it has poor alkali resistance.

    Fiber softening temperature is 190~230 degrees.

    Acrylic fiber is known as artificial wool.



    It has the advantages of soft, bulky, dyeable, bright color, light resistance, antibacterial and insect resistant. It can be spun or blended with natural fibers according to different requirements. Its textiles are widely used in clothing, decoration, industry and other fields.

    Polyacrylonitrile fibers can be blended with wool into wool, woven into blankets, carpets, etc., and can be blended with cotton, artificial fibers and other synthetic fibers to form various kinds of clothing and indoor articles.

    The expanded top of polyacrylonitrile fiber can be spun or blended with viscose fiber and wool, and all kinds of coarse wool and fine yarn "Cashmere" can be obtained.

    The difference between acrylic fiber and other six fibers

    1. Viscose (hygroscopic and dyeable): artificial cellulose fibers are prepared by solution spinning. The core structure is formed from the cross section section due to the inconsistency between the fiber core layer and the solidification rate of the outer layer.

    Viscose is the most absorbent fiber in ordinary chemical fiber. It has good dyeing property, good wearing comfort, poor elasticity of viscose, poor strength and wear resistance under wet condition. Therefore, viscose is not resistant to water washing, and its dimensional stability is poor.

    The fabric is heavy, alkali resistant and acid proof.

    Viscose fibers are widely used, and almost all types of textiles are used, such as filament lining, beautiful silk, flags, ribbon, tire cord and so on. Staple fibers are Imitation cotton, wool like, blended, interwoven, etc.

    Two, polyester (Crisp wrinkle free): characteristics: high strength, good impact resistance, heat resistance, decay resistance, resistance to bores, acid and alkali resistance, good light resistance (second only to acrylic), 1000 hours of exposure, strong retention of 60-70%, poor moisture absorption, dyed fabrics, easy washing, quick drying, good shape retention.

    Features of "washable and wearable"

    Purpose:


    Filament: often as low elastic wire, make all kinds of textiles;


    Staple fiber: cotton, wool, hemp and so on can be blended, in industry: tire cord, fishing net, rope, filter cloth, edge material and so on.

    Polyester is the most widely used chemical fiber at present.



    Three, nylon (durable wear): the biggest advantage is strong and wearable, is the best one.

    Small density, light fabric, good elasticity, fatigue resistance, good chemical stability, alkali resistance and acid resistance.


    The biggest drawback is that the resistance to sunlight is not good. The fabric will turn yellow after long exposure, and the strength will decrease, and the moisture absorption will not be good, but it will be better than acrylic and polyester.



    Uses: filament, used for knitting and silk industry; staple fiber, mostly blended with wool or wool type chemical fiber, for Hua Dane, van Ni Ding, etc.

    Industry: cord and fishing net, and can also be used for carpets, ropes, conveyor belts, screens, etc.

    Four, acrylic fiber (bulky and light resistant): acrylic fiber is very similar to wool, so it is called synthetic wool.


    Molecular structure: acrylic fiber is very unique in internal macro structure, showing irregular spiral conformation, and there is no strict crystalline region, but there are high order and low order arrangement.

    Because of this structure, acrylic fiber has good thermal elasticity (processable bulky yarn), and its acrylic fiber is small in density, smaller than wool, and the fabric has good thermal insulation property.


    Characteristics: good sunlight resistance and good weather resistance (ranking first), poor moisture absorption and difficult dyeing.


    Pure acrylonitrile fiber, because of its tight internal structure and poor wearing performance, improves its performance by adding second and third monomers. The second monomer is improved: elasticity and handle, and third monomer improves dyeability.


       

    Usage: mainly for civilian use, it can be pure spinning or blended. It is made of many kinds of wool, wool, blankets and sportswear. It can also be made of artificial fur, plush, bulky yarn, hose, Parasol Cloth and so on.




    Five, vinylon (water soluble moisture): the biggest feature is hygroscopicity, the best in synthetic fiber, known as "synthetic cotton".

    Its strength is better than that of nylon and polyester, its chemical stability is good, it is not strong acid and alkali resistant.

    Sun resistance and weather resistance are also good, but it is resistant to dry heat and moisture resistance (shrinkage) elasticity is the worst, fabric wrinkles, poor dyeing, color is not bright.



    Uses: cotton and cotton blend: fine cloth, poplin, corduroy, underwear, canvas, waterproof cloth, packaging material, labor clothes, etc.



    Six, polypropylene (light weight and warm keeping): polypropylene fiber is the lightest fiber in common chemical fiber.

    It has almost no moisture absorption, but has good wicking ability, high strength, stable fabric size, good abrasion resistance and good chemical stability.

    However, it has poor thermal stability, no sun resistance and easy ageing and brittle damage.

    Application: it can knit socks, mosquito net cloth, quilt, warm stuffing, diaper wet and so on.

    Industry: carpet, fishing net, canvas, water hose, medical instead of cotton gauze, sanitary products.

    Seven, spandex (elastic fiber): the best elasticity, the worst strength, poor moisture absorption, good light resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and abrasion resistance.



    Purpose: spandex is widely used in underwear, such as underwear, casual wear, sportswear, socks, pantyhose, bandage and so on.

    Spandex is a high elastic fiber necessary for dynamic and convenient high-performance fabrics.

    Spandex is 5-7 times longer than its original shape, so it is comfortable, soft, and wrinkle free.
