In fact, both China and foreign countries, successful women entrepreneurs are respectable. McKinsey's survey of nearly 100 women executives in different industries in the world shows that these women leaders share some common qualities and characteristics: seeking the meaning of work; even experiencing setbacks, they can enjoy the world; dare to advance and seize unexpected opportunities; more importantly, they can manage their roles in managers, wives, mothers, daughters and so on. These are the key elements of the rose rule.
Women's natural instincts, understanding, flexibility and coordination determine their strengths and strengths that men can not match in leadership. This is an era when the stepmother society has given women enough space to develop. Women use their talents to build a new wealth structure on the social platform that relies on creativity. Although this looks a bit like an oversized hat, the advantage of women over men is indeed coming.
According to a survey conducted by the Women Entrepreneurs Association, the loss of women entrepreneurs is only 2%, which is 1.6 percentage points lower than the 3.6% of the average corporate deficit, and the rest are profitable businesses. In terms of the scale of the project of female entrepreneurship, although there are hundreds of millions of big projects, there are generally millions of enterprises. On the one hand, it is related to women's psychological stability. On the other hand, compared with men, women are less likely to get venture capital. The total assets of female entrepreneurs account for more than 10 million yuan, accounting for 72%, and the number of employees is below 1000, accounting for 88%.
Compared with men, women are more cooperative and better at dealing with interpersonal relationships and higher EQ, so female entrepreneurs set their sights on specialized service industries. From the perspective of female entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs who engage in wholesale and retail trade and catering industry are significantly higher than male entrepreneurs, more than 16.6%; the proportion of female entrepreneurs engaged in social services and real estate industry is also higher than that of male entrepreneurs, which are 3.4% and 2.2% respectively; while the proportion of female entrepreneurs engaged in other industries is lower than that of men, and manufacturing industry is 9% lower.

A recent study shows that 26% of female entrepreneurs believe that they work 24 hours a day, work 7 days a week, work day and night to get their jobs done well, 14% of women work with people in different time zones, or manage people in different time zones; nearly 20% of them are under pressure from working overtime, and many people do not even have a chance to breathe.
It is a real problem for many women to manage their personal lives while pursuing leadership.
The long marriage life of women entrepreneurs is not unique. Only a few of the leading women we interviewed were divorced, and most of the remaining marriages were over 20 years. However, work will deeply intrude on their marriage. Many women entrepreneurs have to divide their work and family life. They usually live in apartments, or travel from Monday to Friday, and do not go home until the weekend. "My family is used to seeing me from Monday to Friday." A female entrepreneur said to the new leader.
In the near future, female entrepreneurs may face more challenges. For example, companies will be increasingly dispersed all over the world, and the Internet promotes information flow and decision-making, which may make their future road more and more difficult.

Rule two: what brings you back to life every day? Many entrepreneurs rely on physical exercise and housework to revitalize themselves. "I often go to the gym to play table tennis. I am still a good gardener, and I am a good cook. "
Rule three: simple rules make your life organized. The trick to achieving a balance between work and life is to set clear rules.
