The national basic safety technical specification for textile products is a mandatory national standard formulated according to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China standardization law and the quality control law of the people's Republic of China. This technical specification has standardized the color fastness, formaldehyde content and pH value of textile products.

"The stipulation of color fastness, formaldehyde content and pH value in technical specifications is the most basic standard. It is not harsh. It is a textile product that must be up to standard. Whether it is made in China or imported, it must meet this standard."
