    The company has more than 1200 employees, of whom 575 are migrant workers, accounting for 55.2% of the total staff, including 295 in the field, 27.37% in total, and 300 in the local area, accounting for 27.83% of the total number.

    Through technical training, the innovative consciousness of migrant workers has been enhanced, and the unreasonable working procedures in the work have been reformed to create benefits for the company. For example, the 757 assembly workshop has changed the method of using gasoline to scrub machine, and the cost is saved by 0.228 yuan per unit per day.

    After the start of the new year, the employees who reworked also remembered the "New Year's Eve dinner" held in their workshop in the evening of January 19, 2011.

    The delicious food came out in succession, and the wonderful program was put on the stage. The performance of the jewel staff's self directed and self acting program won the whole audience's cheering. The performances of drama, sketch, martial arts, dance and so on made the scene audience dump. The leaders of the gem and the workers in the production line showed up their talent together. A grateful heart was sung by Feng Dong deeply, and conveyed a far-reaching artistic conception with sign language, so that the audience couldn't help waving and supporting it. At the same time, various kinds of humorous games and mysterious lottery tickets were interspersed in the program, causing a wave of climax.

    The party lasted for more than 3 hours in cheering, and finally ended in a song of "better tomorrow".
