Taiwan Issued Textile Inspection System
In order to better protect the safety of Taiwan consumers, the Ministry of economic affairs of Taiwan (BSMI) began to implement the inspection system for textile products manufactured or imported to Taiwan in order to better protect the safety of consumers. The inspection system is based on CNS 15290 " textile Safety (General requirements). According to BSMI, textiles in the new system are mainly divided into two categories, and the effective date of the compulsory inspection system depends on different categories. After the entry into force of the system, all the products covered must meet the requirements. The textile products can only be sold in the Taiwan market only if they carry the commodity inspection labels.

Imported
Date of leaving factory / leaving warehouse.
Textile products that meet the above requirements will be subject to mandatory inspection when manufactured or imported to Taiwan in Taiwan.
There are three methods for detection and sampling, and the sampling products will be tested according to CNS 15290.

The relevant departments can choose the method of "spot check" or "tracking test with management system".
