Code of practice and precautions for editions

1: the front page (First Edition) code of practice:

Before printing, the shrinkage rate shall be tested according to the samples supplied by the customer or the sample merchandiser. Shrinkage shall be processed according to the requirements of the sample production list. After the exact shrinkage rate of the sample fabric can be tested, the printing plate can be started. If the fabric has been washed or the fabric is not shrinking, there is no need to increase the shrinkage rate when printing, but it should be based on different types.

For different fabrics and different process requirements, we should add some loose volume printing.

2: test fabric shrinkage:

A, ready-made clothes washing fabric: choose a cloth about 1 yards long, and draw two square 50CMX50CM squares on the cloth side. In order to avoid the marking line after washing, we can stitch a drawn line car into a line before washing the water, and then hand it to the washing plant to wash the water according to the sample's washing requirements.

B, no wash clothes: choose a piece of cloth about 1 yards long, and use the color pen or oil pen to draw two squares on each side of the cloth on the cloth surface, then use the steam iron to iron the 50CMX50CM.

3: according to the samples provided by customers (SAMPLE) or the size of the production list, do the typing.

A, before you hit the plate, you must have a comprehensive understanding of the process requirements and fabric properties of the sample, and also consider the difficulty of the implementation of the process after the production of large goods. When dealing with the process, you can avoid the complexity of the processing requirements, so as to avoid too complicated process and cause the poor quality of the samples.

B, if the local size is found to be unreasonable in the process of stamping, it is necessary to change the unreasonable size to inform the client and confirm the customer's account. Sometimes, it is unavoidable that there are some irrationality when the client gives the front page size. Therefore, the size of the unreasonable part can be modified according to the normal and reasonable size when making the edition. However, after the revision, it is necessary to alter the unreasonable size of the sample making list and notify the customer.

3: the pattern bag (paper form hanging) and the pattern cutting piece are normally written.

(paper pattern list): after each pattern is made, it should not only attach the production list, but also make clear the number of the pattern and the number of the actual samples in the production list or the list, so as to facilitate the inspection of the pattern cuts and avoid the phenomenon of leakage. The shrinkage rate of the pattern or the shrink seal should be written in the obvious position of the product, so as to prevent the use of different shrinkage patterns in the cutting.
