New China's First Domestic Trade Development Plan Is Expected To Be Released By The End Of April.
On March 10, 2011, Jiang Zengwei, Vice Minister of Commerce, revealed that the "12th Five-Year" development plan for domestic trade is being worked out in an effort to come out at the end of April.
The "12th Five-Year plan" of the business area includes a master plan, three national special plans and six ministry specific plans. The domestic trade development plan (2011 - 2015) is one of three national special plans.

"During the period, the development mode of domestic trade has made substantial progress, trade scale has continued to expand, and structural adjustment has made new breakthroughs.
By the end of 12th Five-Year, the total retail sales of consumer goods doubled from 2010 to 12% in real terms.
Domestic trade planning mainly involves wholesale, retail, accommodation and catering industries, residential services and other service industries.
Jiang Zengwei said that the main ideas of domestic trade planning include five points: first, how to expand consumption; second, how to increase the construction of circulation enterprises; third, the pformation of marketing methods; fourth, the improvement of the market order environment; fifth, how to further expand the business entities and meet the needs of the market, including how the new formats can be bigger and stronger in the field of retailing, in accordance with the modern organization, management and circulation mode.
It is worth noting that the domestic trade plan has put the consummation and implementation of consumption into an unprecedented height.
