City Consumers Association staff said that the shopping mall put forward the "special shoes three pack period of two months" is unfair and unreasonable terms.
According to the relevant regulations, the three pack period of 300 yuan or more leather shoes is 120 days, so the boots purchased by Lady are still in the three package period.
If the boots are not properly worn after repair, businesses should replace them.
